Shipping
Shipping and Handling charges are generated at checkout based on your order and the current shipping rates that are provided by USPS. You will have the option of picking between First Class and Priority Mail with a difference in shipment charges.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers from USPS or air, and ground transfer strikes or delays. We are also not responsible for any delays that may be directly an issue from USPS as we do not control the USPS service times.
If there are any delays due to Covid-19 or other causes that we are informed of, you will receive an email from Sala Apparel with complete details.

Order Processing
Once an order is placed, there is a minimum of 2-4 business days in which an order is processed by one of our team members. Once an order is processed it will be prepared and sent out within 1 business day.

Return Policy
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, and with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the day you received your item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 2 weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Return Shipping
After you’ve submitted a return request to [email protected], we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
